Refund Policy
FerretDen — Last updated 31 July 2026
1. Our commitment
We want you to be happy with FerretDen. If you're not, this page explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf.
2. Change-of-mind refund window
If you're not satisfied with a FerretDen subscription, you can request a full refund within14 days of your purchase or renewal charge. How that request is handled depends on when you make it:
- Within the first 24 hours of your purchase or renewal, you can request an instant refund yourself from your account's billing settings — no need to contact us, and no questions asked.
- Between 24 hours and 14 days, the refund is still available, but isn't self-service — email us and we'll submit the request to Paddle on your behalf. We don't turn down a reasonable request in this window; it just needs a human to process it rather than the instant button.
3. How to request a refund
Within the first 24 hours, use the refund button in your account's billing settings — this submits the request to Paddle automatically. After 24 hours, or if you'd rather go straight to Paddle, you can request one:
- by emailing us at support.ferretden@gmail.com and we'll submit the request to Paddle for you, or
- via the payment confirmation email Paddle sent you, or
- by visiting paddle.net and locating your order.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, subject to your card issuer or payment provider's own processing times. All refunds — instant or manually submitted — are ultimately processed and approved by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
4. Other refund scenarios
We'll also consider a refund outside the standard window if:
- you were charged due to a billing error on our part;
- a technical fault on our side prevented you from meaningfully using the Service and we couldn't resolve it in a reasonable time; or
- required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
We don't offer refunds simply because you didn't use the Service during a billing period, or for partial billing periods after you cancel — cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't automatically refund the current period unless one of the situations above applies.
5. When we may decline a refund
We may decline a refund request if account usage during the subscription period indicates the Service was used well beyond reasonable evaluation — for example, generating documents up to or near the plan's usage cap — rather than genuinely trialing the product.
6. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current billing period. See Section 4 if you believe you're owed one anyway.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first — filing a chargeback with your bank before giving us a chance to help can result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
